There's plenty of space in there to do whatever you want and nothing but resources spawn in there. It is however underwater which is kind of inconvenient. There is a peninsula on the redwoods river at 47,48.by far the best place is teliths island imo. tons of rock, trees, and iron right beside you, between you and new asgarth is a ton of elk king for food. pop down an elevator on the rock face going into the desert and you are like 1-2 minutes away from dry wood, coal, and good slave farming spots.
