Dasher in app navigation not working.

Every time I accept an order it will act like I'm logged out. I have to basically wait 10 minutes or so just to get customer address. Happened to me tonight as well. Went to my dasher direct app to transfer some to my savings. Everything went smoothly. After my next dash, I tried to do the same thing (I always make my account an even dollar amount and put the rest in my goal account), only this time it keeps saying there is a problem with my request. Solutions welcome! I updated to the new app (6.95.5) and have been logged out and can't get past the welcome screen. I'm running Samsung S21 Ultra with Android 12 One UI 4.1 on Verizon. Support is now claiming it is a rooted/jailbroken phone which I don't know how to do. I confirmed with Verizon it's also not rooted.
