So by my measuring I should be able to get a 6" larger tire. Based on the stock 265's (about 31") I can get a 37" tire to fit without rubbing and without modifications. I'm wondering if anyone knows for sure if 37's will fit. Also if anyone has any pics of either 35's or 37's on their stock F250 or F350 Diesel I would love to see them.It all depends on what you're going to use your truck for. Hey guys I am in the process of swapping 2006 axles under my truck. The rear is geared with 3.73 gears and I am putting a 6 inch lift with 37s on the truck. The truck is a 1996 f350 7.3 4x4 and it is a Zf5 manual. I am asking because I do not do much towing besides our 34 venture that probably weighs around 10,000ish pounds.My tuned 17 F350 on 37s only got 1-2 mpg better than my current 7.3 on 305/70s. Once I no longer had a need for the diesel I decided to order the 7.3, as it met all of my needs and the mileage was only slightly worse. My only complaint with my 7.3 is the fuel range.
