Gear: full harrier gear, runes of the pack, sword/pistol and sceptre/pistol with sigils of concentration and transference. Reasons for the setup :

The Alacrity Specter is a DPS thief build with great team support and single target damage while giving alacrity and barrier to the party. Playstyle. Always prevent your initiative from maxing out.
