I made sure the box was completely empty and then pulled the drawer all the way out and cycled it to prove to customer service that when completely empty it reflected the bin being 25% full. Starting last night I was getting constant alerts on the app that the drawer is full. I knew it wasn't, so I just reset it on my app. 10 minutes later got another alert.
